The boys and I made some pumpkin pie today. It's for Shaun's kindergarten class, they are finishing up their pumpkin theme and are going to be sampling different types of pumpkin flavors! The house smelled so yummy!

365 ~ 2013: Day 298
Tonight was David's first piano recital! He has been practicing all week and had even memorized his piece. Tonight, though, he blanked in the middle. He sat their for what seemed like an eternity, poised and calm and then he found his place and and finished his song. Even though he forgot his notes, I was so proud of his composure up on stage in front of all those people.
