365 ~ 2013: Day 93

Practicing some Everyday Math at home today with the boys. David's been working on money concepts in math throughout the year, but this particular math unit he is working on in school right now is all about money. His teacher asked that we try and find opportunities to practice the concept of counting out mixed sets of coins needed to purchase an item. So today I set up a little store and put price tags on various toys. I had Evan and Shaun each shop for an item and then had David pay the bill!
